This event series will explore Communicating Through Conflict. Discover the power of storytelling, communicating to engage residents, build loyalty and strengthen your village’s professional presence. Whether it’s a welcome letter, a social media post, or a Village notice—every word counts.

These days start with registration from 8.30am with a 9.00am start, finishing at 3.00pm.
