It’s a simple gesture but one that always brings a smile
Village teams go to great lengths to put a smile on their residents faces.
Keyton, the operator with more than 75 retirement villages, has been crunching the numbers of its Milestone Club.
Its dedicated Resident Engagement team provide a heartfelt initiative recognising residents who reach extraordinary age milestones.
From July 2024 to June 2025, Keyton proudly acknowledged:
- 12 residents who turned 100;
120 residents who turned 95; and
394 residents who turned 90.
A celebration of more than 48,000 years!
Each celebration includes a personalised certificate and a commemorative medallion, which as Keyton state are small gestures that reflect their deep respect and appreciation for these incredible individuals.
Residents who turn 100 are offered a choice of two gifts from Keyton: a professionally written mini memoir on their life, or a professional photography session.
“This initiative is a tribute to the lives, stories and wisdom that enrich our communities every day,” said Keyton.
