When the DCM Institute was founded, it was with the belief that professionals excel when they are connected to a broader peer network.
Recognising the importance of peer interaction in professional growth, we have recently been organizing networking events to foster these valuable connections.
Peer networking offers immense value to professionals, providing opportunities to share experiences, exchange knowledge, and gain diverse perspectives. It allows individuals to learn from each other’s successes and challenges, fostering a sense of community and mutual support.
Building on the success of our events in Newcastle and the Central Coast of NSW, the DCM Institute extended these opportunities to Village Professionals in Perth and Adelaide. For those in the village management sector, where the work can sometimes feel isolating, building a network of peers creates a valuable support system.
Of equal benefit, these events are an opportunity to visit a nearby village they might not otherwise have the chance to visit.
