“When you’re in growth mode, live can be more exciting.” – Lisa McInnes-Smith
Keynote speaker, Lisa McInnes-Smith will be opening all events in person across the month of November. Her high energy presentation set the tone of the day by challenging delegates in Adeliade and Perth to shift their thinking into a ‘growth mode’.
Being in growth mode as a professional means actively seeking and embracing opportunities to expand your skills, knowledge, and impact.
It’s more than just learning new things; it’s about a proactive approach to development. Professionals in growth mode are continuously exploring ways to improve their performance, broaden their expertise, and adapt to changes in their field.
“More good days” – Ben Hall, CEO Barossa Village

Presenting in a shirt that he describes as a ‘conversation starter,’ he shared with Adelaide delegates how the purpose he and his team bring to their organisation every day can be distilled into a simple mantra, ‘more good days.’
During the presentation Ben shared some of the amazing community engagement and outreach Barossa Villages are a part of within the wider community, as well as the important role of ‘place making’ which ensures there is always activity for the enjoyment of their residents.
